And this time – Warsaw!
Twenty years after the Pulmonary Circulation European Forum, the PH community, represented by the International CTEPH Association (ICA), returns to Poland — with stronger partnerships and a broader scientific scope than ever before. The Polish Cardiac Society will endorse ICC 2026, while the ERN-LUNG Pulmonary Hypertension Teams from Prague and Warsaw will actively contribute to the Scientific Committee.
The program will not only bring the latest updates on the diagnosis and treatment of CTEPH, but will also highlight new perspectives and the growing impact of Pulmonary Embolism Response Teams, now rapidly transforming early interventional treatment of acute pulmonary embolism. The often-overlooked “misty zone” of CTEPD (Chronic Thromboembolic Pulmonary Disease) will also be given the attention it deserves.
This time, we will gather at the Sheraton Grand Warsaw Hotel — a modern and prestigious venue located in the very heart of the city, right on the historic Royal Route. Just a short walk from the Old Town, the Royal Castle, the Opera House, renowned galleries, and the monument to Nicolaus Copernicus, it provides an inspiring backdrop for discussions meant to reshape the future, just as Copernicus once reshaped our view of the universe.
Save the date, pack your bags, and book your flights — ICC 2026 will be an unforgettable meeting in the vibrant heart of Warsaw. We look forward to welcoming you!
