By registering for the conference you hereby agree the terms and conditions.
The organization reserves the right to make alterations to the program, date and/or venue at any time without prior notice.
Organization is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement or cancellation of an event due to causes beyond its control including without limitation, force majeure, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, strikes or hostilities.
The organization reserves the right and holds the sole discretion to cancel any conference at any time in case of any unavoidable and unforeseeable circumstances. Organizer will have no further liability to the client.
Registrations remain valid for event with new dates or for future editions, if the conference has to be postponed by causes beyond organizer control. Refund policy is not applicable in this condition.
In the event of cancellation, the organization will use reasonable and suitable alternative arrangements such as posting the news of cancellation on the appropriate event website to alert those who have booked or purchased tickets to attend the event.
Delegates are responsible for checking this information prior to the event. We advised to keep checking the website for updates of our conference.
The organizers will not accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates, either during, or as a result of the conference.

* By registering for the conference “International CTEPH Conference 2026” as a speaker or participant, I accept the content and declare that I voluntarily provide my data and image and consent to its inclusion and processing in the Promotion Plus Elżbieta Multan database. - Putur, based in Chylice, at ul. Pogodna 18, 05-510 Chylice, for purposes related to the organization of the conference “International CTEPH Conference 2026". The transfer of data is necessary for registration for the event. The above data will be stored until consent to its processing is withdrawn and will be transferred to a third country (outside the European Economic, all third countries concerned are considered as having appropriate data protection legislation in place). I am aware of my right to access my data, the possibility of correcting, deleting or restricting it, the right to object to the processing of data, the right to transfer it, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

The purpose of processing the personal data provided will be the professional provision of conference services and the subsequent possibility of informing you about our new educational projects - in accordance with the premises set out in Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
For purposes necessary for the proper organization of participation in the conference, the personal data provided will be made available to recipients such as: our employees, supporting entities, including financial services, IT services, institutional co-organizers and sponsors, and other data recipients, such as couriers. Personal data is transferred from third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means that we transfer it outside the European Union(all third countries concerned are considered as having appropriate data protection legislation in place).
We plan to process your personal data for a period of 3 years from the end of the year in which you participated in the last conference event organized by us.
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it or restrict its processing, and object to its processing.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that we are processing personal data in a manner that violates the law.
We do not carry out processing for the purpose of automated decision-making, and in particular we do not subject personal data to profiling.
